Mr fisher intends to plead not guilty since he had a designated driver pulling the buggy and that's good horse sense . After all is said and done Mr fisher says his drinking days might be put out to pasture along with the horse. I wonder if he strapped on the old feedbag with all that alcohol he consumed . Did the arresting officer specify which smelled worse the driver or the horse . Ever wonder why amish dont carry guns ? because they are usually armed with family photos . Did you know amish men use their beards as food storage devices instead of refrigerators . What do the amish men use for haircuts and shaving ? WEEDWHACKERS !!

Was Tiger Woods in the buggy with the Amish Guy?
Who was driving? was it Mr Ed?Was the horse drinking too?
Did the officer give the horse a blood test? Why wasnt the horse charged?Does the horse qualify for the ARD program,
for allowing this man to drive drunk?

Could Hard Cider be a major factor in this man
falling off the wagon,in this horse drawn drama?
Was he close to Intercourse or Blue Ball?

Further investigation could reveal that Mr Ed was allegedly sowing wild oats before the incident
occurred, and was negligent as to the condition
and where abouts of the driver.(this is a none
golf related incident)and no pitch forks where
found near the scene.

So do you need a license to operate a buggy? Will he be allowed to drive a buggy when he pleads guilty?

He'll only be allowed to drive when they hook up the ignition lock out device. A small rubber tube inserted up the horse's *ss and he'll have to blow in to it.

C'mon, we need some whiny *ss soccer mom's out there commenting about what a menace to society this guy is and he should be locked up and the key thrown away. And, oh, yeah, there's usually a comment about the offender being alcoholic.

Read below and you decide!
3802. Driving under influence of alcohol or controlled substance.
(a) GENERAL IMPAIRMENT.
(1) An individual may not drive, operate or be in actual physical control of the movement of a vehicle after imbibing a sufficient amount of alcohol such that the individual is rendered incapable of safely driving, operating or being in actual physical control of the movement of the vehicle.
VEHICLE. Every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except devices used exclusively upon rails or tracks. The term does not include a self-propelled wheel chair or an electrical mobility device operated by and designed for the exclusive use of a person with a mobility-related disability.

A good lawyer will make the case that the horse was the operator of the buggy and that the Amish guy was just a passenger.

Crazy story.

Do you suspend his buggy license? Do they get the horse for being an accomplice?
