Sex offender arrested for being on school property

If people would just eliminate registered sex offenders after they are released from prison, there would be no worries about what they might do. Rely on the law and the judicial process? Lets be realistic. The best they can be is half-assed

He's saying to eliminate them, get rid of them, kill them, and then there would be nothing to worry about.
