First off he was ever over there. He was a reservist adn he never saw any action. He murdered the man that helped pay off hot checks he wrote. That was wht this was not he got messed up from being over there. He only fired a weapon on a firing range and not in the desert and when I was in they hung there and didn't fire back. Screw that excuse. He made a choice to killl a man.

Dale, 100 years ago, the crime that you committed was punishable by hanging in Texas, so if I were you I would keep my opinion to myself on this topic.

Well skyhook if you would go check they just took that law off the book in like 1980 something. As Paula said atleast I did not kill someone in cold blood, And if you knew Andy you would would have knowed all he had to do is ask him for the money. There was no need in killig him. He was like a DAD to Josh.

all of you need to stop and realize this man has a family. if your son was to do something like this it is hard enough without having to read stuff like this. He made his mistake and now he is paying for it. The courts will give him his punishment, it has nothing to do with you

I AGREE WITH YOU. IM ANDYS NEICE AND I MISS THE HELL OUT OF MY UNCLE BUT WHAT JOSH DID IS BETWEEN HIM AND GOD AND NOT FOR ANY OF US TO JUDGE. JOSH'S FAMILY SHOULDNT HAVE TO READ THE SHIT PEOPLE TYPE ON THE COMPUTER BECAUSE THEY ARE BORED. GET A FUCKING LIFE. MY UNCLE WOULD HAVE FORGIVEN JOSH AND THE FAMILY ALREADY HAS. HIS FAMILY IS CLOSE TO ALL OF US AND WE DONT HOLD ANYTHING OVER THEIR HEADS. I PRAY JOSH GETS THE HELP HE NEEDS. HE HAS TO LIVE WITH WHAT HE DID THE REST OF HIS LIFE REGRADLESS OF WHY HE DID IT SO THE REST OF YOU STOP PLAYING JUDGE AND ABOVE ALL GOD AND LEAVE IT ALONE. MY UNCLE WAS A GREAT MAN THAT IS HOW EVERYONE NEEDS TO REMEMBER HIM. AS FOR JOSH HE'S JUST KID. LEAVE IT ALONE PLEASE FOR ANDY'S FAMILY AND JOSH'S SHUT THE FUCK UP ALREADY. LET MY UNCLE REST IN PEACE PLEASE. THANKS

Ya'll all need to mind your own business. Andy was a good man, we all know this. We grew up with this man & he pretty much helped raise us. As far as the financial situation goes, don't comments about somethings unless you have the facts. You wouldn't be so quick to judge if this was your son, grandson, or brother. We've lost two great people with this tragedy. Our family just needs peace right now and not criticism. We Love you Josh, Your little sisters, Aubry & Mallory.

So was murder. think about it. 100 years ago they would hang you faster for killing a good man than for stealing cattle.

The Andy I knew was not a good man. I think that kid did the world a favor. Andy should have been in jail himself.

I served with Josh in Germany when I was still in. He was a brother to me and he had his problems just like the rest of us. When I found this out I was caught unaware and didn't know he was capable of this. He could have asked any of us for help, but he made his decision on the solution to a problem he had. To the families both affected I'm so sorry that this has befallen all of you. I knew Josh as a father who loved his kids, otherwise he wouldn't talk about as much as he did. I'm aware that near our end in Germany his wife was causing problems and wanted a divorce. He was both devastated and hurt. I never knew Andy nor had I ever been to Eldorado Oklahoma. I hail from Weatherford Oklahoma and I'm an Okie through and through. I wish he would have told me what's going on and maybe I could have helped him without having to kill a man. Also, he wasn't a reservist. Josh was active duty which is quite a different life from a reservist he did sherrifs work part time.
