Being on probation requires that you follow what is required by the officer and the court. Ususally if you are honest, make your appointments, pass the drug screens and stay out of trouble then the officers are more that willing to work with you. The problems start when people continue to get into trouble, do not meet with their assigned officer and are dishonest. I have not ever known of an officer, "piling on" or "creating issues" when there is none. All officers have laws to go by as do the citiznes. Being on probation may not be easy but I bet it is better than being in jail. Hopefully those on probation are able to complete the terms of their probation and learn from the mistakes.

No, far from it but I have had children who were on probation and it was not easy, but eventually they got through it and have not been in legal trouble since.

The probation department in Vernon in very good. They are firm but fair with everyone. If you have a good attitude with them and just try to do what you are supposed to do, then they will treat you with the respect you deserve. If you won't follow the rules, have a bad attitude, and continue using drugs or committing crimes, then you may wind up in trouble. But it won't be because they made you do it!

How about you pieces of cow shit not getting into trouble? Then you wouldn't have to worry about a probation officer. Most likely the only thing that get's piled on is your mother.
