I have not heard or seen anything about the FBI. How did you find out about this?

that is the point of my post - I was told. My query is - is it true and are they going to do something if things are found to be amiss?

A city cannot flourish and grow without adequate healthcare - that is even worse than having shoddy healthcare. I want Quanah to move, no matter how gradually, towards what it used to be and what it could become.

Hence the question - were they really here, did they haul off boxes of ????, and who is going to be held accountable?

You can bet, if there is anything to this, the finger pointing is going to be prolific.

Come on people some one should know. The people of this town have the right to know the truth one way or the other.

Honesty??? Truth??? You gotta be kidding. In this town, it ain't the truth unless it's been approved for release by a majority of the elite and then blessed by King Chester. The local newspaper isn't even fit to go on the inside of a birdcage...it's already covered with worthless s__t.

Good luck with that!

Deborah, the FBI wasn't at the hospital and there were no boxes removed. I know everyone feels the same about Scott and his followers but the concern belongs to the hourly workers just trying to make a living. They are the ones that will suffer.

The truth of all this isn't behind the hospital financials. It's Hardeman Health Services that is being looked at. It's Scott, his wife, Danette, possibly his assistant and one paid board member.(Kathleen)

This town would do much better it we saw the whole lot of them get arrested in the middle of a board meeting, since that's probably when ol' Scotty boy comes to town to pick up his check. We're probably buying his gas both directions too. I hope he and his buddies all get bottom bunks, that way they can appreciate just what they've done to us.

Good question. Seems like only the rich and nasty get anywhere in this town, while the good people remain gagged and silent.

Okay, my information was either misunderstood or erroneous. The next question is this: do the citizens of Hardeman County even know that there IS a Hardeman Health Services and that it is a separate entity from Hardeman County Memorial Hospital? And books for both entities?

What services does Hardeman Health Services provide to the citizens of Quanah? What exactly is its function? I have not seen anything with that name on any community activities? No health fairs supported or funded by Hardeman Health Services? Where does it get its funding? The hospital? If that is the case, how come its activities aren't public? Who works for Hardeman Health Services and directs its activities? What oversight does the Board have?

If you have the FBI involved HHS probably has Medicare/Medicaid irregularities which is easy to do as you have to keep records on billing as well as procedures for five years. At any time during that period the Federal Government can come back and request those records. This is one of the main reasons Doctors refuse Medicare patients along with not always being paid!

Sparkman, tabor and white- board members for hardeman hs

Why weren't their meetings open to the public and why wernt the public and media given the 72 hours mandatory notice required by law?

Irregardless of what questions there are, the Feds will Nail those responsible.

Apparently you don't live here or you'd know, the way that place is run IS criminal...and a damn shame too. I heard they are losing some good folks over all this, and its going to be a chilly day in hell before the place recovers!
