This is what I overheard. The man that shot the hunter is a an out of state lawyer. The killer was illegally shooting a rifle. I call him a killer, because he a left a man to die after he shot him. Immediately after, he told his buddies what happened and they put him in an institution. SHAME ON EVERYONE INVOLVED!!! I was even told that not even the family knows what really happened! How is this possible if I know what happened? A man gets killed and the accidental shooter leaves him to rot in the woods then checks himself into a psych ward. FRY THAT BASTARD LAWYER FOR BEING SUCH A COWARD!!! I keep checking for articles in the paper and there is nothing! What the hell is the matter with this town? NO REPORTING!!! RIP and God Bless his family!

I heard a rumor too about the caretaker being the one that did it. Until I see proof on the news I assume it is all rumors.

Wow, what a surprise. A thread on Topix that starts with the sentence, "This is what I overheard." They really should rename this site Gossipx.

Why would you post something like this........Have you ever played the game whisper down the lane? If not let me tell you how it works. One person whispers something to another person, that person then whispers to another person and so on, by the time its whispered 30 times its something completely different. I think you should know the facts before you post something like this. What if someone from this mans family read this or someone that the family knows read this....Don't you think this would upset them more than they already are. Be considerate of the family and the friends of the family.
Oh and by the way, maybe there's been no articles yet because they are still investigating.

Im not saying the Lawyer did or didnt do it....He might be a big time lawyer with friends in high places but for right now this is just a rumor and whoever this person is shouldnt say it until its a fact. Someone said they heard it was the groundskeeper and you said he was cleared. This person was complaining that there have been no reports on it, well maybe its not true or maybe they are still investigating. Plus this person said he was an out of state lawyer well since when is Warrington out of state. They need to get there facts straight.

What does that mean? They took him to a mental hospital right from the woods? In his blaze orange?

You best read the Morning Call!
It does not look to good for Mr Kimble.
Sad....
Like what motivation would he have? I pray he is not implicated or becomes the fall guy.

Was Cowboy a fixture at the local bars? I wonder if he is/was a heavy drinker. I had a caretaker that was and had to fire him because he was becoming quite a nuisance and borderline dangerous to himself and others.

I believe he was. According to the Morning Call article I posted. http://www.topix.com/forum/city/quakertown-pa... "In the second-floor room, investigators say, they found an empty can of beer, a liquor bottle, food scraps and rifle casings."

THANK GOD that chances are u wont BE ON THE JURY SHOULD HE BE CHARGED!
We are innocent until proven guilty!
so far they have bunch of circumstantial evidence and a bunch of suspects. Now all they need is a motive, and maybe there aint one for it could have been an accident by someone who knew they shouldnt have been shooting a rifle on the first day of deer hunting.

You are just an ASS! I can't believe anyone would ever work for you to begin with. I can believe that if they did, that's why they would be drinking. You ASS!!!!!
