Milford Pointe was sold

Did anyone notice Ryan home sold this development to CM homes? It also looks like CM is now starting the homes at 300K, where as Ryan had them at 320K. It didnt look like anything was selling in there. There was 2 homes built and the model home. That neighborhood is going to be under construction for a long time to come. They better discount houses if they want to move them.

Oh sure that would be it. I think I heard something about the strip factor in the slumping housing market.
