Does anyone know anything about that brand new giant house by the traffic circle/Tollgate Rd. on Old Bethlehem Pike?

The owners live across the road in the development. A few years ago they put in an extravagant pool which you can see from Old Bethlehem Pike.

A slight correction. The new house is closer to the Station Road traffic circle. But I don't know anything about the new house or its owners. The Richland Township zoning officer should know about the ownership. i'm curious also.

Yes, you're talking about the monstrous house that looks like a castle. I will repeat again, the owners of the Castle currently live on the other side of Old Bethlehem Pike in the development. Their house is the one with the extravagant pool. Do you remember when they brought in huge boulders for the pool, including a water slide into the pool? They can look across the road from their house in the development, and see their NEW house (Castle) on the other side of Old Bethlehem Pike.

We are all just curious, no need to be nasty. It just plain looks out of place for Quakertown.

Then according to you, nothing is anyone's business, and you aren't being productive either. I will say this, I refrained from adding more information such as how they were able to afford a castle by limiting my response. So, I was considerate of their business.

I LOVED that ranch! Each to their own of course, but they can have that mansion. It's about status. That's all.
Anyway, IF I were ever to build a home like that (which I wouldn't), one thing is I'd never build it there. I'd want real property.
Or at least would have made sure I purchased all the property to the right to enjoy my freedom and privacy.
Now look, they're going to have a big apartment or townhouse (I forget which now) complex up their butt, lol. Traffic in and out, all over the place, and constant commotion.
Not my business as I said, but this is a place to voice opinions, and I can't understand who'd want that all around.

Apparently the owner loves the sound and view of traffic right out his window. They are breaking ground and building more mc cookie cutter sheep houses right next to him. Quakertown is ny city #2 with the mass overpopulation. Not only Quakertown pretty much all of bucks county is overpopulated. Keep making the mc cookie houses and pack the sheep in.
