I haven't heard anything about them closing. They seem to have a decent lunch crowd. They are one of the few places that serve lunch earlier also.

I like that they, and Chick Fil A are decent alternatives to burgers and pizza in this town. Roast beef tastes much better than burgers anyway!

Wendy's/Arby's has the Arby's portion of the company for sale. They are closing Arby's stores across the country that don't meet certain sales/profit guidelines.
Long John Silver/A&W restaurants are also up for sale.

I like LJS.

Not a big fan of Arby's, I wont be sorry to see it go. It's such a small space, I wonder what they'll put in it. KFC? Maybe.

I like KFC too...or Popeye's...or...the holy grail...Bojangles. They used to put lard in their biscuits...I wonder if they still do.

Panera is a good idea for this area. I'm tired of driving to Montgomeryville for a good sandwich.

Hopefully the rumor of them going in to blockbuster is true. I love their fresh baked bread.

If they close I don't know what I'll do I swear there is a chemical in the meat that I crave and it makes me feel better.

Have been going once per month for years, it's like a fix for me.

When they built Taco Bell they should of put Long John Silver's with it like they did in Lansdale. We always drive down to that one. I like LJS's their 2 piece fish and more combo platter.I vote for Long silvers if Arby's goes out.

Wondering if Arby's or any fast food place would make more money if they put out a quality roast beef sandwich. I haven't had a good one eating out in years! I remember years ago that arby's and roy rogers used to both have great roast beef. I was happy to find a roy roger's a year or two ago that unfortunately served the same lousy sandwich that Arby's does. The beef looks like a ham from the deli. I've been told that this type of product is filled with 'pump', a saline solution that probably accounts for a previous poster's 'chemical' taste. Does anyone in the Quakertown area actually ROAST BEEF and make a sandwich out of it?

The best roast beef I've had in this area was from Sunday's. He actually makes his own roast beef, it's nicely seasoned, and served reddish pink like a good roast beef should be (in my opinion).

When I order the sandwich, I usually get it on white toast with black pepper and salt and spicy mustard. Cheese is optional. I generally do not ask for lettuce or tomato as I think they take away from the flavor of the beef.

By the way, I used to love Roy Rogers when I was younger. The Double R Bar Burger....Burger with Ham...and the fixin's bar... memories of childhood.

Anyway, yah, try Sunday's.

I forgot to specify tha the Roast Beef I got at Sunday's was a cold roast beef. They have hot roast beef as a special sometimes.

I've also had food at Casey's (not roast beef), and I do like their food. I think Mrs. Casey is still in the kitchen during lunch. I usually get their Smokey Mountain Burger, that has ham and bacon and bbq sauce. It's pretty messy but it's delicious. I wouldnt call it a gourmet burger or anything like that, but it's a simple combination of a juicy bar burger with ham and smoked bacon.

Unlike some other people, I find the Casey family to be genuinely nice people. They have been a part of our community for a long time. I always try to support local businesses and even though my drinking days are over, I hope other people will patronize them. They do a good job of supporting the local community as well.
I vote for

While there would never be enough space in Arby's, I wish they'd find room for an Olive Garden.
