Faulkner - Ciocca Ford slapped with f...

Worst place I ever worked. Ciocca is a liar who doesn't fulfill promises and Faulkner knows he is a slime but hides his head in the sand. They don't care about their employees. They don't even have an employee holiday party. They cheat the employees at every opportunity. The turnover in this organization is unmatched. I would not recommend working for them, let alone buy a car from them. When everyone is on 100% commission, people get desperate and the customer is the big loser.

I'm really glad I bought my vehicle from Fred Beans after hearing all this!

Must be nice. Some of us have been screwed since we got out of high school thanks to the brilliant decisions of our elders. But please, tell me how irresponsible I am for not even having a chance to save money. How stupid of me to be born when I was. Get off your high horse.

See, I save all the time, so weather the economy is up or down, does not effect me. I was trying to pass on some intelligent advice so people don't get suckered into buying something they don't need.

Horrible company to work for. Prior posts on here are all factual. What a shame. Greed, it's a terible thing.

I have worked in sales for the company for 3 1/2 years and I am very happy, I have never had an issue. people are only going to write something if they are not happy no matter what the buisness is, but what about the thousands of other customers that are very happy with Faulkner-ciocca, yes thousands. every buisness has people that love it, and people that hate it. just like people, you have people that you hate and people you love.
it is called life, if you hate someone you avoid them, if you love them you stay with them!!!:-) I plan on being with the company for years to come!!!

Just to add to the ruckus...had a bad experience with them as well. Bought a 2004 Aveo from them with 90,000 miles on it...died 3 weeks and 2300 miles later. Went back to try and trade for something else and noticed that my original trade was listed for $4995 (they gave me $1000 for it on trade).
Out of curiosity I asked if they had done any work on the car...they listed a few minor things. Thing is, the car had been overheating a lot before I traded it in. I had had another car in past with the same symptoms...and it was a blown head gasket. Don't think they even checked my trade...just did a minor patch-job and put it up for $4995. Buyer of that trade beware!
Look like their inspection of trades is on the shady side. I would not trust this dealership to do anything in the future.

Have been in an ongoing dispute with Faulkner-Ciocca since October to unwind a trade that my daughter made when she was not in full control of her faculties. Now,(in my opinion), the "800 pound gorilla", is going to sue my 19 year old daughter for damages for not wanting to complete the transaction. All she wants is her vehicle back, and to return the one they sold her.(No harm no foul)
The att'y generals office cannot take action because they do not have a history of this type of complaint as yet. If you feel that you have had a similar situation, please contact me or the A/G(Agent John Dowd, Philadelphia office). Perhaps we can get enough people to salvage my daughter by showing a pattern and give the AG an opportunity to prevent this type of conduct in the future.
I currently have a dispute with Faulkner-Ciocca Ford of Quakertown also being investigated by agent John Dowd. I hope my complaint results in stiff penalties against their dealership ONCE AGAIN! Perhaps it will result in better customer treatment for a year or two. If we can get enough to participate in a class action law suit against their dealership, I know a partner of a prestigious Philadelphia law firm that specializes in class action suits representing consumers who have been victimized by unfair and deceptive business practices, including false advertising, breach of warranty, sales of defective goods, predatory lending, and other violations of consumer rights. I bought a minivan from there and within 2 weeks the door stopped working as well as the AC. 3 Times I took it into them, and all three times they failed to fix it. Finally they replaced the entire AC system. I had bought the extended warranty, which they were not going to honor, until I called the warranty company who told me it was covered. Needless to say I was pretty upset. They even charged me more than the deductible on the warranty to fix it due to "extra parts and labor". A month later i took it into another dealership for some work, and they found almost $7000 in work that faulkners missed with there "inspection"

Bought a vehicle from F C Chevy, they ageed to get rid of brake pulsation, some trim work and some other incidentals. When we took delivery, they only put 10 gallons gas in it, brake work not done, only recieved one set of keys, did not do anything they said they would. Had a problen with the car, took it back within 30 days, got nothing but lip service and bs. They said they did not experience the problem. Last car bought from them. I sure do miss Dames Chevrolet!

Good to know. I'm in the market for a new vehicle and I won't even waste my time with Faulkner if that's how they treat customers. I heard good things about Fred Beans so I'll check them out.

I purchased a new Accent from Qtown FC in 2007 and have been very disappointed in this car. If I can afford to buy a new car in the future, I'll go back to Ford again. My Escort was the best car I've ever owned. I wish they still made them.

Why did you take delivery if the vehicle did not have what was promised. That was silly!

I had bought cars from Faulkner in the past until they tried to screw me. I then started going to Fred Beans Ford and have never regreted it. I have now brought quite a few cars from them. I heavily recommend Fred Beans Ford.

Not a fan of FC or Fred Beans. I've been to them both. I bought my last cravat Bergeys. The customer service was fantastic!!!! Couldn't say enough good things about our experience. They went above & beyond to make us happy. Another good dealership is JL Freed & Keenan. FC I've heard referred to as "punch u in the face sales". Couldn't be more true.

The day we took delivery of the car, we were rushed through the paper work. They jacked the price $200.00, and it took 30 minutes to get the paper work corrected. During this time the car was not in the lot. When the paper work was finished the salesman dissapeared and the car was driven out to the lot, a young man left the keys on the desk and kept walking by. I put the tag on myself, asked for the salesman and he only came back for the Facebook picture. I was told to go to the service dept, where I was told I did not buy the extended warranty. I stated I just took delivery of the car and he said the in house warranty is 50 - 50. As stated before, we took the vehicle back, only to be told they could not duplicate the problem. We own an automotive shop and are not stupid. The major problem we have with the car is the power steering. We took it to another Chevrolet Dealer, who found the problem imediatly, however, the vehicle is now at the other dealer with computer issues as when the car was new an aftermarket sunroof was installed and wired into the electronic steering control module. Now it is in GM's court. No one is happy. We do not have a car to drive, the dealer working on the car is working with GM to resolve the issue. At any Rate it will fall back to FC Chevy for selling the vehicle knowing about the problem.

rules

1). Always buy the car from the same dealer that sells that brand. No Chevys from a ford dealer.

2). If its used always Insist in a 30 day 100% bumper to bumper. If not walk away.

3). Used dealers lots usually have a 400% mark up. They buy that 2001 explorer with 85k for $1500 at auction do zero to it and place on lot for $6k.

4). Pay attention.

I've bought, and had serviced any car I have ever owned from them. They have always been top notch. They also went way out of the way for me to get transportation when I needed it. They get my thumbs up and I will be getting any future service/vehicle from them so long as I am in the area.

Rip off artists. Sh*tty cars, even worse service. Why don't you stay down there in Georgia. It's fairly obvious you are an FC shill.

Tried to buy an F-150 off of the lot. For a week none of my calls were returned. Finally a week later I called again and got to speak to a human. He said that someone was looking at the truck as we speak (Right!). Said he will call back with the outcome so that I didn't waste my time coming down. 3 days later I have not heard a peep from them. I'm sure someone wants my $30K but it's not going to be Ciocca.
