Has anyone visited the new Caitlyn & Codys Diner, which is in the old Coyotes building out by the turnpike? I saw an article stating it opened Friday and was looking for any reviews. Hopefully it will be successful and overcome the bad karma of the building....

it won't be successful as that place has bad mojo all over it. If I am not mistaken the people running this place failed at running the cafe on the way down on quakers way. So they are already one time losers if that is the case

^^^^ opposed to you, who are such a winner by putting down someone who is at least trying to make it in life.

Is that what everyone else was saying with the previous owners of the building. Was everyone so super supportive of them?

actually their one business is very successful....it was in the paper not to long ago. They have I believe 3 other business. And as far as people being supportive of the last business well they are two different types, there is no comparison.

The first two businesses were restaurants that tanked. Hopefully this new business doesn't suffer the same ill effects as the last.

We patronized this new restaurant today. I was disappointed with our experience and so were several others who were there as well. I cannot comment on the food quality because we did not stay - we waited an initial 10 minutes to be acknowledged and after ordering our drinks, waited another 10 minutes before deciding to leave (no one did ever return with the drinks); however, as we were leaving, there was a very irate customer at the front speaking with the manager about how the service was poor and the food quality was horrible. When we got out to our car, we noticed a man standing near an older vintage style vehicle watching all of the customers leaving and listening to conversations. He did not look happy and based upon something we overheard a waitress say (she mentioned the owners drove vintage vehicles), we are assuming it was one of the owners. I'm sure he wasn't happy but I hope anything he overheard helps make positive change.

The menu did not seem extensive (perhaps we're spoiled by the large menus of the other local diners) but there were some nice options on there.

We are very willing to give it another shot since we understand growing pains and new establishment issues but overall, we were disappointed.

Ditto, regarding the previous poster. We did however stay. I kid you not when I say that it took an hour to get our food. The place was not busy. The food was mediocre at best. Gave it a try. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

We tried Caitlyn & Cody's Diner this morning and their service was horrible!! It wasn't very busy, yet it took them almost an hour and 45 minutes to get us seated, served and out of there. Good thing we weren't in a rush!

Our server Pam was very slow, the eggs & bacon were undercooked. At least the home fries & toast were pretty good.

May have been slow since it's opening weekend, but why should that be the customers problem. Won't be going back there.$23 for two adults to eat. Same meal at Pennsburg Diner is $13. You do the math!

This place won't last!!

Would have been nice if they had just left it Coyotes in the first place. No good women at the other dives around this area.I will say the people of Milford do a great job of sticking together when push comes to shove. Not at all like Quakertown,All lame ducks.

Stopped in there for lunch today. I agree that the service was very slow. It took quite awhile to get our food. As we waited our drinks needed refills and they were slow on that too - all around us every table needed drink refills. My biggest suggestion to management (on the off chance they see these comments) is to have the wait staff pay more attention to the drink situation, especially if the food is going to take so long to come out. I'd also suggest larger glasses for the drinks so that refills aren't needed so often. On a good note - the sandwiches were very tasty once they arrived and the fried were hot and crispy. The building is nice, the location is nice, if they can just get the waitstaff and kitchen up to speed they could make a go of it.

Went there for breakfast yesterday. Service was quick and attentive. Food was ok for what it is. I'm not a fan of diner food, but it was fine.

Server admitted that they had had problems on opening and had re-engineered things to make the process smoother. Saw tons of customers, all being served relatively quickly.

Saw an ad for this diner with an arcade for kids over the weekend and figured we would check it out. Good concept since I have a little one but for a dining experience it was one of the worst I have ever had. Went on Memorial Day morning for breakfast, the place was not busy but the staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Took about 15 minutes to get seated when it wasnt busy another 15 mintues to get drinks then about 30 to 40 mintues to get our food, and when our food came out my wife and daughter's food came out first and after they were half way done mine finally came out. At one point a server asked if I was using my creamer when I said no she was excited and grabbed it from my table and put it on the table next to me. Our waitress I only saw when she took our order and brought our food out (while waiting that long I would expect her to check on us more often) When i paid the bill was not asked how the experience was as I am assuming she knew as alot of people walked out before even being seated. A good idea but if you are going to open you need to be prepared, I am sure they have lost a lot of business over this opening weekend seeing the other posts and my exeperience

What age range is the arcade for? Could a 3 year old enjoy it?

my family and I went there this past weekend looking for a new place to eat. When we got there they said it would be a 20-25 minute wait there were MANY empty tables so we went into the arcade maybe waited 15 minutes and was seated. Our waitress came around asked for our drinks waited awhile to get them we ordered and she left probably didn't see her till 45 minutes later when she asked about my son's order and then left. Awhile after that she came back again said it would be out shortly and offered us rolls. We ate them but after sitting for an hour and a half and still no food and no sign of our waitress we left. Extremely disappointed was looking forward to a nice meal but got NOTHINGT!!! Certainly won't be going back unless things change.

You fat pigs shouldn't be eating that crap food anyway. Try some fruit and water for breakfast. Then go out for a job, you disgusting piles of crap.

That's a good one, Fatty. Don't forget your blood pressure medicine before you have a stroke, you whaling tub of lard. What's for dinner tonight, a bucket of Crisco? LOL

Sorry, not fat and I bet my BP and overall health is better than yours. Keep eating your fruit and water and raging at people you don't even know and you're the one headed for a stroke or heart attack (hopefully soon).
