Oh please. My children and I (small children) sat stranded on the highway next to Harp's not one stinking person even bothered to see if we were OK or help us push the car to the side of the road. We went into harps looking for a phone and they were NOT helpful either. What kind of town other than hellville doesn't even stop to see if someone is OK? You can keep your crappy town and your ignorant attitudes.

Wow! Where does one go and not be worried about the safety of her family because of the color of their skin? I was first looking in TN when couple of the realtors there just about told me I would probably "fair better in a larger town" because the locals wouldn't like it much.

Why? Why can't people just be civil to each other? Am I missing something?

Sorry, I don't get to this site much these days, duty calls. I am a nurse and with this swine-flu going around, I see a lot more patients than normal.

How's everyone out there in AR? Have you all learned to get along yet? You know, there are some more difficult times that are heading our way, yes, before things turn around. I think we all are going to need each other a lot sooner than we "think".

We might as well just learn to treat each other civilly and reach out to each other before it get really worse than it is already. Such petty differences such as the color of my skin, verses theirs, or out of towner's verses the locals is so petty and childish.

I've already purchase my land in AR and will live there. If you see that lone black woman at any one of the churches there, it's me! At the grocer, it's me! At the school where my children will be attending, it's me! The post office, it's me!

I encourage you to stop and say hi to me and my family. Promise you, we won't bite. I am a God-fearing, hard-working, law-abiding citizen of the "world".......(smili ng here). I will lend a hand if needed, and words of comfort if so desired, I can point you in the direction of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

I don't argue, gossip, or fight, I don't have enemies, nor am I one. Don't get me confuse though, I'm not a push over, will protect my family at all cost. I'd just rather love than hate any day!

I think it's about time that we learn to stop hating each other, isn't it? Times are difficult enough as it is. There must be somehow we can live united, praying for that day.
