How many remember Mr VanDeven?? I think that was the hardest class i ever had.

Mr. VanDeven was the best teacher I ever had. He not only taught but was a personal role model of what it meant to be a Gentleman. I've thought about him many times over the years and wish that I would have looked him up after High School to tell him just how much he meant to me........

I remember Mr. VanDeven! He was tough.
We were always scared he'd be one of our teachers for the next year.
He caught me and my boyfriend holding hands one time and it wasn't pretty.

I kept in touch with him for a long time just once in a while up until the year before he died. He lived down on the Buffalo. He taught me alot, probally cause he was such a tough teacher, but i liked him.
Graduated in 75 from Harrison

Mr. Vandeven was tough, but the fairest teacher I have ever known. He made us memorize all of the presidents, and I can still recite them.
