Police: Cocaine contributed to diver's death
David Scheinost, 24, of Puyallup, drowned and being high on cocaine was a contributing factor to his death, police said of results released by the Kitsap County Coroner's Office.

That ridiculous, He would not have been at work to dive if he was high. He was a great person and this sounds like someone trying to cover their butts. He would not risk anyone's life. By the way everyone else survived including the rescue diver already suited and ready to go. The question should how can three divers lose their buddy that was in distress and asked for help?
I have never seen Dave on any kind of substance or intoxicated.
