Hawaiian Cement is supposed to be a very good company to work for? I have heard that the employees at Hawaiian Cement make very good incomes, but often work very long hours. I have also heard from a few employees that work their the expression that, management does not respect the employees and treats them like CRAP. I do not condone any act towards another to harm or destroy property, but I do consider that because of the extent of the action taken forth, a full investigation on management be considered. I do truly beleive that it all comes down to RESPECT, side to side, up and down and all around. Some times people are put in a position to control and they are not supposed to be, revise, relocate and or terminate.
