I wonder how affected he is going to be when electricity prices jump sky high after they close VT Yankee. He now has the guarantee of a job...and more money than most of us. The state already has some of the highest electric prices...and they are only going to go higher. Is his plan to buy "cheap" Canadian power? He's courting the following of the special interest groups...and he doesn't even know it. Weighing the protest of a few (anti-nuclear special interest), he isn't looking at the broader picture... Isn't a anti-nuclear group a special interest? I say so...it is... Shumlin...what is your plan for VT anyway?

Seems now the election is over, Mr. Schumlin has changed his mind about VY. Interesting. Oh, CVPS has applied for a rate increase, no surprise there, note they waited until after the election to hit the news with that. GMP will probably be right behind.
