Please protect or children and elderly in the neighbor of White Plains by not allowing this detox center on Delkalb. By allowing this center will only distroy our home values distroy a Milty-cultural neighborhood that works. You would not like your family to be placed in this predicament therefore do not but us in this predicament.
There are other facilities that is not in a residential area that will accommodate this type of facility.
It would be more beneficial to use it as a youth center or apartments .
Recommendation has been made to beautify the Miller Center, however we all know that the up keep of the purpose detox facility will be keep up for 4 years if that, then it would be an eye sore iin the neighborhood .
Please do not distroy our neighborhood . Thank you
