Purchased a lifetime warranty for a wrinkle free liner. Paid $3899 for 15/30 above ground pool(I don't know what possessed me to trust these scam artist) Four years later, the pool looks horrible, all wrinkled and half of it leaked during the winter. Paul and Company refused to service and replace, ignoring the responsibility of the lifetime warranty. My next step is to take them to court.
I'm taking them to court, anyone for a class action suit??

AAA liner horrible company. I'm taking them to court for fraudulent selling a lifetime warranty that they will not honor. Anyone up for a class action suit?

Rude- they never even showed up for our scheduled sales appointment and didn't even bother to call. Dan the sales rep was extremely rude. He was upset that my husband works long hours during the week and I work weekends. We are home together after 9pm during the week. So he never even bothered to meet me for our scheduled appointment and didn't even have the courtesy to call and cancel. Aggravation before even a contract signed. Run do not walk, Run away from this company immediately, do NOT even listen to their sales pitch!!!....So glad I found this site.

Good company. They hooked me up on the price and came in and installed my liner with no issues. I would recommend them, they know what they are doing.

Installed a new liner last spring with AAA Liners. Wrinkles still there.......they said we will come back out .........NEVER HAPPENED. Everyone you speak with on the phone is sorry, what can we do....yet nothing ever changes, just gives you the run around.

AAA Liners Ė Stay away from this company Ė worst company and customer service ever. We were sold our liner by one of their salesmen, Jim Pirone (who I donít think even works there anymore), in April of 2013. We contracted to have their contractors install the liner for warrantee purposes, especially since our existing pool had a center drain. The people who came to install the liner came to remove the old liner, and install the new one, but took several weeks, and even though they had put down new sand, it rained during the time between them coming back (mostly after work), so much of the sand washed down from the sides). When they installed the new liner, they did not install a new gasket in the center drain from the original one, and the original pool liner was over 13 years old. We mentioned this, and why they werenít doing this, but they assured us it would be OK.

Over the course of the summer, the water level was for the most part good, but did go down some. We attributed it to a hot summer and evaporation, but even so, towards the end of the summer, it was going down more than it should. We closed the pool in the fall, and noticed that the cover was sinking drastically. When we opened up the pool in the spring of 2014, the pool was completely empty and our cover, which was less than a year old, had shredded from being stretched so far so long. The water had all drained through the center drain, because of the lack of a new gasket and water draining through this opening. We contacted the company, and they refused to listen to us. So now our pool is open, itís empty, itís May, and we are told the company needs to get someone out there to assess the situation. The liner is now shrinking and ripping because of the sun. They come out and tell us that the liner ripped because we had a center drain, and we lived in New Jersey, with the cold winters we had, because we only filled the center drain pipe with anti-freeze, and not the entire pool, this caused the water in the pool to freeze, and caused parts of frozen water to cut the liner and cause leaks. This was the most absurd, ridiculous thing anyone has ever said to us Ė who ever fills an entire pool with anti-freeze? Then they told us that liners are OK to sit there without water in them for a length of time, so it had to be the frozen water that ripped them, not the heat from the sun and lack of water.(Liners are Ok to sit in the sun without water IF they have not been used before, but once they have been used, and then drained, they have to be filled immediately, or they shrink and stretch and rip so fast itís not even funny). They refused to believe it was because of the center drain gasket that was dry-rotted after they saw the rips in the side of the liner, and now we are going back and forth fighting with them, and weeks go by, and we had no choice but to go to another company and get a new liner. They dismissed us like it was never their fault, came up with every excuse they could and we were out over $2300 for only 1 season use. If you ever buy from this company, after reading the reviews, you deserve what you get.

I think this company is also calling themselves American Pool King. Beware. Not a legitimate operation.
