My wife & I are considering purchasing a condo in Punta Rassa FL. We anticipate remodeling the interior only extensively. I would like to get info from an impartial source about the quality of life in Punta Rassa FL as well as our ability to do the work ourselves without interference from the Association or County. We are more than willing to obtain all the needed advance notices and permits but are afraid that we will be stopped because I do not have a General Contractor license.
