Review: Brian's Stump Grinding & Tree Removal

Used service twice. Second time for a much larger tree which was explained, as well as desire to replant in area. Brian said he had removed the wood though I explained I felt he was grinding in the adjacent areas.
After he left I cleared the dirt from area and stump remained a couple inches below surface.
So, Brian's stump removal is better for shrubs or small trees and for where you do not want to replant in area. But for larger trees where the expectation is to replant in area you will want to use a company that uses a larger stump grinder and is willing to remove the bulk of the stump so area can be replanted, and that this be understood before they come out to do the job.
The right size equipment makes all the difference. And one should check the area with a shovel yourself before you pay.
