Thank you very much for the coupon. I had a problem a few years ago. A pipe went on the 2nd floor. I could not find anyone are here that could do more then just clean my rug! It took over a week to get the right people in to do the job right!
I'm cutting this coupon and putting it on my fridge.

DCR showed up very quickly and was attentive. Their billing had MUCH to be desired. Without hand holding, they were unable to split the billing properly, this was two weeks after they submitted the initial, incorrect bill to us. Next, they billed our card for the full amount three days after FINALLY correcting the bill. They refused to be nice to our wonderful insurance agent, refused to submit the bill to her properly and refused to get back to us on the issue to discuss it with us.
The work was fine but I would not recommend them to anyone because of the overall poor communication skills and billing practices.
