Fairfax, VA-After a three-year legal battle over the unconstitutional confiscation of lawfully owned firearms, the City of New Orleans has agreed to settle a law suit by the National Rifle Association (NRA). A permanent injunction has been issued against the city, Mayor Ray Nagin and current Police Chief Warren Riley. The Second Amendment Foundation assisted NRA in the legal battle against Mayor Ray Nagin and the City of New Orleans.source: http://www.nraila.org/news-issues/news-from-n...

As it has been ruled on more than once by the SCOTUS, membership in a militia is NOT a qualifier to exercising your 2nd-A rights. Your point is moot.

Repeating the same BS over and over will not make it the truth one day.

Police department spokesman Bob Young said it has stored 552 guns that were confiscated after Katrina, through Dec. 31, 2005. Police have said they only took guns that were stolen or found in abandoned homes.

Do you know how a Corporation is signified on paperwork, identification documentation, and contracts?
The name of the corporation is in all capital letters.

The government treats you as a corporation without your knowledge. Look at your birth certificate. Look at your drivers license. Look at your social security card. Look at your credit cards. Every single one of them lists your name in all capital letters, signifying that you are a corporation.
If you notice, try this next time, if you fill out the paperwork for credit card application, or at the DMV for your DL with the first letter of each name capitalized and the rest lower case, you still get the card or license with your name in all caps.
The government treats you as a corporation.

Sorry little girl but fear drives those who push for gun control.

The motivating factor in opposing gun control is the desire for freedom.

Is English a second language for you? It is for me. And it is obvious I have greater comprehension than you. But then again I am German, I'm perfect, well except for the scar on my hand and one under my left eye.

Do you understand the use of a comma (,)? When the 2nd Amendment is read out of context, and not the full text, sure your implied interpretation stands. However, you are far from correct.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

See that part "...,the right of the People to keep and bear Arms"? That refers too, clearly and concisely, the People, the Citizens. Why is this concept so difficult for the anti-gun crowd to comprehend?

opinion. People grounded in reality don't base their behavior on believing that they may need to shoot or threaten somebody every time they leave the house. Nor do they view efforts to keep arsenals out of the hands of the mentally ill an criminals as personal threat. Nor are they paranoid about the government. Nor do they stockpile ammo and weaponry because black man is reelected.

All irrational fears promoted by the pistols suckers and those that sell them hardware and extremist ideology.

Funny, but all it took was regaining the presidency to reveal how truly intolerant your party is.

Those are not people grounded in reality. In fact many of them are grounded in a cemetery. Why? Because the thought of being prepared was irrational in their eyes.
