<quoted text>What is your evidence of that? The jury was sequestered and still deliberated once the trial was over. Television simply allowed the world to look in. Yes, Judge Ito was accused of hamming it up for the camera. But, did that actually change anything?
The interruptions and hamming would never have been allowed

The defense was allowed more room to play games if the camera was not there

The dream team was allowed to turn the trial into a circus

Sorry
I was using the civil war in comparison to the war after the king trial
I was not talking about king being beaten I was talking about the riots
I was living in Atlanta during the Rodney King incident. You may or may not know, Atlanta is very racially diverse.

We had some protesting, nothing major. As with other cities the ruckus was contained to small areas of town. A few people got out of control and escalated it. It was quickly contained.

Without a doubt LA endured far worse. You might want to read some of the details of the riots.

Yes I agree

Unless we see martial law and then the cops would take your gun like during Katrina

The grass stains
The injuries Zim sustained
The witness that said he saw two MEN fighting
The 911 call
The perps call to his GF
The call to the GF. Thatís not very revealing. Worse, she changed her story.

Crump attempted to turn it into something it wasnít.

Her statement

"He said this man was watching him, so he put his hoodie on. He said he lost the man," Martin's friend said. "I asked Trayvon to run, and he said he was going to walk fast. I told him to run, but he said he was not going to run."

Eventually, he would run, said the girl, thinking that he'd managed to escape. But suddenly the strange man was back, cornering Martin.

"Trayvon said,'What are you following me for,' and the man said,'What are you doing here.' Next thing I hear is somebody pushing, and somebody pushed Trayvon because the head set just fell. I called him again, and he didn't answer the phone." Source: http://abcnews.go.com/US/trayvon-martin-arres...

The biggest problem this is in conflict with the 911 call which clearly indicated Zimmerman lost Martin.

You do know he has legal recourse if the prosecution is doing something illegal, right?
You might want to explain that to O'Mara.
Who said it was illegal? What I'm saying is that prosecution is rushing this case before all evidence is collected so the defense will have less of a case. Zim's lawyers are not allowing it to happen. But you can't blame Zim or anybody else for the delays. Blame the prosecution.

The transcript I read had him say he was right outside the house

But he died a block away

Yes alone it is not much

But it may show that he made it to the house and the turned around and went back

Have you read all the evidence yet? If not, do so.
George Zimmermanís statements are indeed part of the collected evidence. Some collected evidence does indeed support Zimmermanís statements. The state contends otherwise. If because of something not released or if because of political pressures exerted we donít know.
Alan Dershowitzís comments on Coreyís affidavit speaks toward the state rushing the case. http://www.mediaite.com/tv/harvard-prof-alan-...
http://www.mediaite.com/tv/megyn-kelly-guest-...
I did indeed state itís not unusual for an attorney to delay a case to better prepare. With Zimmerman free on bond there is no crucial rush to get to trial. I suspect if Zimmerman was in custody OíMara may be pushing harder for a quicker resolution.
OíMara can use the extra time to formulate a stronger defense.
I donít believe Zimmerman committed a crime. My *theory*. The 911 recording proves Zimmerman lost sight of Martin. If you recall the media initially claimed Zimmerman ignored the dispatcher. The fact is he acknowledge with OK. If you listen carefully the wind sound stops at that point as well. When asked for his address Zimmerman hesitated and said ďI donít know where the kid isĒ. He lost him.
Martin was only a couple hundred yards from safety. He could have easily completed the trip to where he was staying before the 911 call ended. So far, no speculation. But here it comes. I believe Zimmerman. Martin waited for the call to end and then ambushed Zimmerman. Martin had no defensive injuries. Other than the gunshot wound the only injury he had was on his knuckle. Zimmerman sustained multiple injuries on his head. Black eye, broken nose and lacerations on the back of his head.
Read the evidence. Itís not a slam dunk but there is more than enough evidence to support dismissal of charges.
Youíre right; I continue to push in the same direction. Thereís a reason for that. I have read all the evidence. Thereís a thread about the case, I spent months on that thread research stories and considering everything Iíve come across.
And that's fine.

As I said before, I'll let the justice system run its course.

Rushing? Rushing? And here I thought the defendant was entitled to a speedy trial.

And O'Mara doesn't want it.

The only people not allowing it is O'Mara. No one else is making such motions.

Are you sure you're looking at the right case?

Even after I posted the law that shows the burden of proof rest on the prosecution the morons still claims it rest with the defense

Yes when they said but gold it was 300 dollars per once
Today 1700 per once

Looks like you should have listened

When they said buy gold and ammo 223 rounds were a penny each
4 years later up two 2 dollars each

Looks like you should have listened

That is correct. If you dig a little deeper, you'll find that Kyle is part of an organization that helps PTSD sufferers.
