These individules recently voted against my parents living in their own house! They were opposed to us fixing up a slum and beautifing the neighborhood. Why you ask? Simple - they abuse the power that was given to them because they can. No other reason. All of my neighbors signed a petiton after they were informed of this insanity. Anyone who votes for Carl Falk as "supervisor" of this town has serious issues. These three individules are some of the worst people I have ever heard of. Spiteful, nasty and downright mean. I have been in contact with the Oswego Post Newspaper and you will soon be reading about this whole story soon. This corruption has to stop. If you want to drop me an email to learn more about what my lawyers think of this situation - please be my guest. My email address is [email protected]

I have to agree there has to be more to this story than that,I know 2 of those men and vindictive is not a word that comes to mind when thinking about them. Sounds like sour grapes to me.

I have known Carl for a long time and do not for a minute believe he wouldn't support the repair of a "slum". I also noticed that you are from Trumbull, CT., so no doubt there is much more to the story. You see, you may write all those nasty things about Carl that you want, freedom of press and all, but those of us who know him have never known him to be spiteful, nasty, or mean.

I dont live in the village , but rules are rules . You should have done your homework prior to purchasing the lot . When a lot is cut in half , it is only half as big , right . You need to move the building some where else. You could also consider buying the other half back . These are fine decent people who are only trying to protect the neighbors and village residents .

Carl has taken a lot of unnecessary abuse. Carl follows the letter of the law and I think a lot of people feel zoning laws do not apply to them. I've driven by the property the you have improved and you've done a great job so far. But lets not fault the three that you are bashing for homework that you did not do. We are trying to make sure our village is a pleasant place to live.

Somehow everybody is missing the picture here. Mr. Jenning is right - rules are rule - and zoning in villages, town, boroughs, etc.. are put in place for a reason. Let's step back and take a look at ourselves.

My father and the rest of the board made a decision based on simple zoning rules, not vindictive abuse of power. I am please that so many people responded with the truth about these three men, as they came about their positions out of true concern for the community and always take an objective approach to any situation they encounter. The “other side” of this story is that They had been telling you since you started trying to convert that garage into a living space that it was not going to be allowed. Since day one. And you were the one who choose to continue funneling your money into a space you were told you couldn’t use, because it was, in fact, YOU who believed you were above the rules.
There should be no sour grapes over this at all. Since day one when you started trying to renovate a common garage into a living space and were told that due to the garages' placement not falling within the zoning regulations of the village that you could not making it a habitable space. Not to mention the space itself is hardly up to housing regulations to begin with. Perhaps rather than slander individuals who simply refuse to make an exception for you because then they would have to make an exception for everyone, you should be more concerned with finding a space that your parents can live in that’s safe AND legal.

Furthermore, my opinion is only my own and does not reflect any other opinion which could be attributed to or otherwise blamed upon any board, legal group or organization.

I simply think that you're anger is unnecessary and slanderous.

And to end this story The N.Y. SUPREME COURT has recently agreed with the PULASKI VILLAGE Z.B.A. So that my friends is that. Bulling Mr. Graffeo will get you KNOW where especially with the court system but your high priced lawyers (with the exception of Mr. Ledden Esq(what a clown) should have told you that but it was easy money for a fight you had no chance of winning cause the law is the law and regulations are regulations even in a small but proud village like Pulaski N.Y.And I assure you Mr. Howland did not resign over this matter,so N.Y. Lawyer from New Britian Conn (hows that work)you are dead wrong.

Carl Faulk is just another carpetbagger that moved to the area from someplace else that is a power hungry troublemaker , add to it the shortlived pulaski police

Carl Falk is a great example of a troublemaker carpetbagger who came from someplace else, add to that the shortlived Pulaski police chief Edmund Costello who shamefully had to resign , both were powermongers and bullys that wore out their welcome from where they came from and tried to set up shop in our nice area and the smart people of this area packed their bags for them . You can fool all the people some of the time but you can't fool some of the people all the time.
