Thomas K. Tienda to Serve Four Years in Prison for Hiring Homeless...
Colorado Attorney General John Suthers announced today that a Pueblo County District Court judge sentenced Thomas K. Tienda to four years in the Department of Corrections after his demolition of a Pueblo house led to the airborne release of asbestos.

Is that it what about the junk homes like to one on 906 w 11th bed bugs lots of other problems there i was doing the maintenance at times the heaters leak gas dont stay on plumbing is leaking under the appartments roches all over and stray cats live in the basement that place is falling apart take a look if you dont belive me
