Rob Martin.

Rob was the chief of the neighboring Pearl Fire department. And might I add, he's a very nice guy. I used to go to church with him. Rob starts September 6.

How many applied? "Numerous." Applications came from California to Michigan, and several from Iraq and Afghanistan. That's all we know.
