2007 Lutie grad killed in car crash

He was charged with involuntarily manslaughter. He was drunk as he always is.

I can't believe that he was totally unaware of driving while intoxicated. He should get up to 20 years in jail for manslaughter. I graduated with a young man that killed another while driving while drunk. He only got 5 years. He's also out of jail.

I am Katelyn's mother. Just wanted to let you know that Adam was charged with vehicular manslauter-intoxicated. He was drunk over 2x the legal limit. He pled guilty in October and was sentenced according to the law and with our imput. We will never know why Katelyn got in that truck with him, but I know she would not want Adam in prison. He is on parole with many restrictions. Both her father and I are happy with the courts decision. If he does break any of his conditions he is off to jail and I say good.
I hope he will change his life for the better and I wish him all the luck in the world.
