Has anyone given much thought as to how much NTMWD controls your life? If you live in Collin County and much of the surrounding area. Water, Sewer, Trash. Recycling sewer water into Lake Lavon for drinking. Board members not elected but appointed by member cities. They control all aspects of development in the area through their influence on local governments, They answer to no one. Is anyone curious about how they work, where do they get their direction?
