I hope voters will seek out the truth. Padilla is NOT the best person for the job. Just ask a few of the brave souls who work at the county sheriff's office. That is, if they aren't afraid of repercussions for speaking the truth.

Very well said, voter. It seems from the ads that the only sheriff's office people backing Padilla are the retired ones, most of whom were in the "good old boy's" club with Padilla.

Padilla has been second banana for four years - FOUR YEARS - and has done NOTHING to make that place any better. And it's not because of Cady, there are LOTS of things that could have been improved.

It's time for some new ideas, new blood, time for someone from the outside. Let's throw the old bums out and get a fresh start.

Obviously Henry County made the wiser choice of the 2 candidates for Sheriff. To all of those people who thought Padilla was not an honest man, you lost!! James "Jim" Padilla has a heart of gold and anyone that knows him would realize he was the mosted experienced and qualified candidate for this position. He is the next Sheriff of Henry County!!! He ran a clean and honest campaign.
