Never before has the haves and have nots been more divided in our school district than today. Prissy little students with very expensive clothes looking down on the common kids because their parents just cant afford the outlandish prices of designer named clothes. I feel awful when my girls tell me about the things being said to them and their friends that makes them feel inferior. Why is this not considered bullying and why arent these kids punished?

Uniforms don’t solve the problem, they simple mask a symptom. The real problem can be traced to these kids’ hearts, the majority of the maturing of the heart happens in the home....

They need to start wearing uniforms. Everyone would be alike so that would take away that problem. They are affordable. Alot of others schools do this for the very reason stated above. When I say uniforms(not like the military)but two choices of color polo shirts(no logos)and pants with no logos or embelishments. Works for the real world. All would be equal in that department, might knock down some of the prissyiness and more attention on book studies. Simple
We should make everyone alike. Let's give them all the designer clothes with a cell phone.

Sounds like jealousy to me. Everyone isn't meant to have everything.

$120.00 jeans represent so much more about the character of the parents. Are you people for real? Nobody is impressed. Nobody cares. You look like idiots spending that kind of money to show off. Nobody needs a $120 pair of jeans. Kohl's has nice stuff for a reasonable price. You can't buy work ethic, morals, or character. Stupid fairyland. Go Peake!

Elementary and middle school girls dress and use makeup like high school girls. Even have their nails done. They look kind of silly.

I suggest that the teachers start dressing and keeping care of themselves like these little girls. They don't dress anything like professionals.

However; spending way too much just to try to impress others, is not so cute. Actually, it's kinda ugly. Only fairyland fake snobby kids and their parents act this way. Save the extra $, and buy some respect. Go peake.

The girls look great and others are just jealous. My daughter will not wear uniforms.
