<quoted text>well for starters due to my work schedule I don't have time for volunteering. Those who do should do so honorably and be fair. The current people running the league are as far away as it gets from honorable. Seems like they (G and S) like to point the finger at each other. As for talking shit about people then smiling in their face-NO I'm in the 1% I guess. Mr C.W. knows I can't stand him & his ways.
How would you like to be a college graduate with a masters degree and have this not so honorable guy as you call him run you out of your job? Not just regular people that want to coach are being run off by him and the school board.

That would definitely suck! Sounds like he does as much damage away from the field as he does from the club house. How did he run you out of your job?

Actually, from what I know "the one who runs the basketball teams" hubby doesn't have a team...he is assisting the coaches of the team his daughter plays on. Just a little FYI: their team wasn't stacked! 4-5 parents and girls REFUSED to play or allow their girl to play for Chuck Williams. If you knew what went on on draft day you would be embarrassed! Parents told Susie well in advance their daughter would not play for Chuck or they wouldn't play if put on his team...Miss Susie conveniently forgot to tel Chuck who is a crybaby anyway day of draft he was blindsided when the other coach stood up to say parents have voiced their daughters will not play for him. Susie played dumb making the other coach look as if he was trying to stack his team...chuck was granted like 10-12 picks at once due to the other coach getting the girls who refusd to play for chuck...Some of us were asked to leave during their draft because things got so heated. Chuck was pissed because his
"plan for first pick" was screwed by the other coach speaking up on behalf of the parents and girls. I couldn't believe Chuck acted the way he did. Too bad someone didn't have a video of it. So before you point your finger get ALL the facts straight! Maybe the team appears stacked because they actually have coaches and volunteering parents who know how to play and coach not just say negative things to the girls the whole practice.
Well, I must have been misinformed about who runs it, because i don't have a clue who Suzie or Chuck is. The team I am referring to is the Pink team. And yes, that team was stacked. Instead of making teams even with girls of equal ability all of the girls in the league that were the best were one one team!

If 4-5 of the better girls all refused to be on a team then how can you say that there was a draft. If you take the best five girls in the league and put them on the same team, that IS stacking a team. It doesn't matter if he was given the next 10-12 picks. The way a draft works is each coach picks 1 girl at a time. When you start letting Parents and kids decide what team they are going to play on the league is DONE!!! If there is a problem with a coach then you replace the coach not stack the other team. This is not fair to the other girls in the league. IT IS STILL ABOUT THE KIDS!!! If Chuck Williams is such a problem then why do these leagues continue to let him coach??

The fact that you agreed to kiss my ass is reason enough to want you away from my kids you sick pervert. Secondly your not going to kick anyones ass especially us macho whiney dudes. Third good coaching does not apply because there are only a handfull in this town just suck ups that get their team stacked. Thats right STACKED. The only entertainment I will give you is a big fart while you are kissing my fat ass.

Every year parents moan and groan about who their child will and will not play for. The same thing happened last year. All this negative air creates is a scene where kids don't want to play. Why do you think the numbers are down of kids trying out? Drama is all over this town!

Actually, I think it was more like 3 girls/parents refused to play for Chuck..4th on the so called "stacked" team is the daughter or the team coach. You ask why is he still allowed to coach? I can't imagine other than those who make those decisions are two faced or just straight up ball-less!! As someone stated before if you or you're child have never witnessed or been a victim of his coaching style you would not understand! I just cannot imagine how he can treat these girls the way he does. Parents need to stand up and say enough is enough but then again, there's noone to tell it to Gary Sowards doesn't give a shit

Wow. You guys are really pathectic. I play for chuck and I love him. He's like my second dad. I'm 13 and I'm more mature then you guys are. You all are grown adults. You complain about us starting drama and talking about peope, but listen to you. How about if you have a comment about somebody, KEEP IT TO YOUR SELF! They are good people. The reason they didn't want to play was their business. Not yours. So maybe next time, you should act like civilized people and learn to keep your mouths shut. THANKS.

The simple fact concerning the Orange 9/10 year old team that the coaching is disorganized at best. The coach cannot get her own daughter/player to listen to her instructions during practice and spends half the time yelling at her to pay attention. However, she plays every inning of every game. Offers to help are met with a superior attitude that no one knows anything about it.
They issued a strict dress code for games, yet some don't follow it and play every inning.
They promised every child would get the chance to play every position, yet the same 2 pitch, the same 4 play infield and the rest switch off in outfield in practice AND games.
Basically, my child was excited to play this year but hasn't been coached adequately. She practices with me or anyone who will pitch or pass the ball with her every day. She wants to be proud of her team, but she doesn't want to be embarrassed every time they show up. She doesn't want to play anymore and that is really sad.
