Good morning,
Regarding the meeting of April 30th,2009. I have several questions regarding board responsibilities and reports. Also, proof of payment of certain billings of the past.

This management company couldn’t change a light bulb if their life’s depended on it. They let basic building maintenance slide, light bulbs go months without being replaced, bushes never get trimmed correctly, & cob webs hang from the ceiling in common areas. They also aren’t good with managing money; sprinkler systems are set to go off far more than the need to, high efficiency CFL light bulbs are replaced with incandescent; both wasting money. Sure they might be the cheapest bid, but they are not worth it, spend your money on a more experienced management company that will actually get the job done correctly.

CiC management has been stealing form it's accounts for years. They also lie to the members to get insiders contracts which in return they recive kickbacks.

We have asked to see disclosures on all financials and they will tell you there books are not up to date. This is a truie statement there accounting is terrable and they have no idea where the association money is at any time.

If you are looking for a company to run your association who will constantly lie,Steal and cheet. Then this is the company for you they will defiantly meet your expectations
