It doesn't matter who was in the home, it doesn't matter if the garage door was open. It doesn't matter what your opinion of raising children is. The rule of law applies to citizens and police. The police illegally entered the home and trespassed. The homeowner would have been justified in shooting the intruder. We are not living in a police state, they must respect the laws. There must be probable cause and a warrant...they are going to lose on this one and they are lucky to be alive.

this guy Molde is now running ads on tv for his real estate business, would not trust him locking the doors after a showing,he seems irresponsible
