As a young man, Mark put himself through Law School delivering newspapers everyday for years and bagging groceries for Kroger, plus I think he even cut many lawns. I admire him for that and I think the kind of work ethic he demonstrated would greatly be a benefit in any public office.

We dont need the same ole party hacks. He is an Obama a-kisser. He lost his house seat because was for suing every one. Does not support business or coal. He thinks he knows it all & is not a good listener. Thats why WV is last in everthing positive, & first in everthing negative. He does not even put his party on his signs. Sad mr. caruths successor will be a loser. Cut from your party line for a chance & give someone else a chance. We don't need another paper boy or car sales man in the state house.

He used to be my landlord. My bank acct got hacked, and when I did't pay my rent (he would not allow me time to recover the funds) he evicted me and my son. I had just graduated from college, and was a single mom...'nuff said.

Do you even know Mark? Obviously not!!1 He is an awesome man, and you my dear need to have your mouth washed out with soap. I have waited on this man for years, he has never been rude. Actually a pleasure to see him come in and sit in your section atleast you know you will have one customer who doesn't completely suck!!!! He seems to me to be a verry hard working man. And definitely not gay, which by the way why would that matter anyway?

If you think you are so much better then get off your lazy butt and run for office yourself!

I have no trouble with Mark and I think he would be a good replacement for Don Caruth whom I knew well. But Don was anti-consumer and anti-labor, he lobbied hard for insurance reform and workers comp reform throwing the workers out with the bathwater. I couldn't believe he did that knowing him most of my life as I did. Wills will be alright.

Don't need lawyers in politics, this is a big no, no. They went to law school so I say they should stay in their practice and out of politics. We don't need lawyers in charleston to make any more laws, we have so many now its pitiful.

Actually. Wills mostly worked on defense. He helped the ones who broke the rules. Very good lawyer from what I hear.

No one will ever be able to replace the moral character and genuine compassion of Don Caruth. I don't know Mr.Wills therefore I will not comment on him. However I did know Don and anyone who would say that Don was anti-consumer and anti-labor obviously did not know Don. Don Caruth was one of the most fair legislators West Virginia was fortunate to have. Don studied the issues from all angles and made his decisions/voted on the morally correct side. True, he wasn't interested in taking from hard working americans only to give to lazy americans but he was always willing to help anyone who was interested in bettering themselves. Please do not ever degrade the character of such a wonderful man again. We miss him terribly however we know that he is now in the blessed presence of our heavenly father and for that we are thankful. God Bless you and everyone reading this post.

You're right, but look where all those lawyers have gotten us. We need more regular working folks in office. Mike Porter was a good example of how you don't have to be a lawyer to make common sense decisions for the good of the public.

Your Lost. Wills is anti-consumer. He lost his seat because he keep supporting a workmans comp. faker system. hardworking consumers paided for those life awards for a broken finger. Don was never voted out. Wills was. You must be a welfare consumer.

as I said: "he wouldn't give me time to recover the funds thru my bank" can't pick more money off trees, so had to play by the bank's rules, that was my point.

I have known Mark Wills for years and I would say have to say he is one in a million. He is a very good person & I don't believe there could be a better man to replace Don Caruth. He is a hard worker with strong ethics & morals. He worked his way to where is at. Mark is the type of person who would give the shirt off his back to someone. He has always been very supportive to me & my family. He stands up for what he believes in & as long as I have known him he is a very honest person. I can't think him enough for the things that he has done for my family over the years. I hope & pray that he wins this election because if anyone deserves it he does & I don't think that people could go wrong with voting for him because he does stand up for the rights of others!! Good Luck Mark & you definatelly have a vote here.
