Suspicions of voter-registration fraud by a firm working for the Republican Party of Florida spread to at least eight counties Friday after apparent irregularities in registration forms emerged earlier this week in a single county.

The Florida GOP fired the firm, Strategic Allied Consulting, earlier this week after local officials found apparently incorrect information on registration forms collected by the firm in Palm Beach County.

The Republican National Committee had urged state parties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, Virginia and North Carolina to hire the firm for voter-registration efforts. The national party also gave state parties $3 million in total to pay the firm.

The RNC this week severed ties with Strategic Allied Consulting and instructed the four other state parties to do so, as well.

Strategic Allied didn't immediately return a request for comment.

"We have zero tolerance for any threat to the integrity of elections," said Sean Spicer, communications director for the RNC. "When we were informed of an alleged incident, we immediately cut all ties to the company."

State election officials estimate that hundreds of registration forms were filed with incorrect information, in a state with 11.5 million registered voters.

After the apparently faulty registrations surfaced, the Florida GOP filed an elections-fraud complaint with the Florida Division of Elections. The agency has passed that complaint to state law-enforcement officials, said Chris Cate, a spokesman for the elections division.

The complaint mentioned voter-registration irregularities in Palm Beach and four other counties. Mr. Cate said state officials had heard about irregularities in a total of eight counties as of Friday afternoon.

They know who the popular vote will go to. Desperate times for the GOP call for desperate measures, including breaking the law and besmirching the Constitution by stepping on rights. They do not care about your rights, they only care about their agendas.

And the rich pay them handsomely to care about the rich which is the republican agenda...taking care of the upper 1% of the population of this nation.
