I know the owner of this company and I know her well. This is not her fault if someone got on her defending the place. Just as though its not your place to pass judgment you don't know how it went down and I see that what this is. I own my company here in this town and have been placed on this junk site before by another company wanting to ruin my reputation. If you did not like what you got than go some where else no one is making you stay there. I see this as one person mad and their friends hopping on the Bain wagon to. Keep it going. If your not happy than the grown up thing to do is not go back not get on some were and talk nasty. If you would talk some of the ways you have on here to be I'm sure I would not give you a chance to try to explain anything. You are what we in the business world call write offs we don't want your business for you are not respectful or deal with matters in a adult way.
So love you pet and pick from the othe local groomers in your area.

I have taken my cat there for years. Never have I ever had a bad experience. If your dog was matted maybe they had to shave him. They can get hot spots under the matted hair. I have nothing bad to say about the owner or any of the employees they are great

For Real: as a business owner you shoulf kno that when you make a mistake, you shoulf APOLOGIZE and do what you can to make things right. Not tell the customer they were wrong and be completely rude about it. Then get on here calling customers "biotches" and "idiots". So you must not have much business.

And no, my dog was not "matted". He is well taken care of

As a owner yes I would apologize and I'm sure they did. How did you handle the situation but buy bad mouthing them. You can't control what employees always do so you don't even know if the matter had been dealt with. So again don't take your pet there go some where else and I hope your dog is happy. I hope your mistake free life leads you well and know one ever disrespects you as you have them.

I don't need to just tell one side of the sorry. I told the complete truth. And the first time I called, the employee was not apologetic nor helpful. I understood she can't do much in the situation considering she is just an employer. So I called the manager the following morning. Neither was she apologetic it tried to make the situation better. Because of the way she handled the situation, is the reason why I got on here. Had she handled the situation in a professional way, I would not have been on here telling what happened.
