Sudden Link is pure garbage! Their equipment is faulty. It's like they have Comcast hand-me downs, just refurbished.

Hi Flubber - Ashley here with Suddenlink. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us was less than exceptional. If there's anything I can do to help, please feel free to contact me directly at socialsupport-AT-suddenlink-DO T-com. Thank you.

I have basic, the family tier, HBO/MAX, STARS, and internet through Suddenlink. Standard box, no HD, no DVR, no phone and I pay $148 per month.
I tried to drop STARS to reduce my bill, was told it would lower my $2/month though my bill shows I pay 7 times that.
Allegedly changed my package?

Hi Thomas. I was wondering if you could work out a plan where my internet bill is prorated to compensate for the outages. Also, I am paying for 30 Mbps and am only getting 3. I would like for that to be prorated as well.

Suddenlink is the only company that I pay money to for services not rendered.

Sorry, Charlie, but we here in the Internet biz (as we ISPs call it) only guarantee you up to a certain speed, but never that sustained amount, so that 3 out of Up To 30Mbps is just too bad, so sad.
You're more than happy to switch providers, but I'm sure you'll just find that we all provide the same horrendous service.
Good luck squeezing a dime out of us; we'll just supplement any potential loss of revenue by tacking on nebulous "Administrative Fees" and other such nonsense and ratchet your bill up a few more dollars (or ten) over the coming months for even daring to give us any sass.
Remember: we gave you that IP Address and we have your billing address along with every and every bit that passes through our routers, so don't think we won't slap a data tap on our main trunk and find out exactly who you are - warrant be damned!
You will enjoy the service we've provided at the price we demand or we will rain down the fiery brimstone of hell upon you and kick you back to 56,000 baud.

Hi Cable Guy - My name is Sean Connery, and I'm not with Suddenlink. Please understand I am laughing about your frustrations. You forgot to do the proper incantation when changing packages (it has to do with chicken blood) to get the proper lower billing amount.Feel free to not email me. Thanks!
