I think you all need to know both sides of this story. They are both bullies and both boys need help. The kid sent to PCH has alot of anger issues and has always been violent. The child that sent him to PCH comes from a rough family and also is a bully.

That is no justification! there is a history between the 2 and they should have been kept seperated.

How are you going to keep them seperated in a school when they have to change classes and lunch and all. Maybe both boys need to be looked at and their home life looked at. Hello they are only doing what they see done, I know the dad beat the mother of the child taken to PCH. He has lived a rough life and has alot of issues. He is violent and uncontrolable. He has been in trouble before and the dad doesn't want to admit he has a problem. The other child sees a lot also.

Oh, just get on here talking and gossiping and making the life of both children worse.

Maybe both boys need to be put inn a Reform School for mean ass boys. Its their home raising. They learned this bullying shyt from home. The parents are the ones to blame,Maybe the Child Protective Services need to investigate this. The parents may need to be held responsible for the way they brought up their hoodlum children.Sometimes its not all the childs fault. It all falls back to the way the child was raised. Its a damn shame.

You are exactly right! The parents send these brats to school and then jump on the teachers when the teachers have to discipline them!!! We need to have a separate school for these middle school bullies!!! Keep them away from kids that are in school trying to learn !!!

Im sure those bullies will make excellent police officers, judges, CPS workers, or any othe type of job were they can bully someone around legally. By the way children know their parents can't do anything to them, just like teachers. The only people they respect are the ones that are going to sit them down and punish them properly. Just like a comedian I heard say once " Whats wrong with children nowadays? I'll tell you what's wrong, their missing a good old fashion American spanking.

It's sad that the parents are now at each others throat. I hate that this child was hurt, but can the parents not see this is a much deeper issue that what happened this week at school. The child taken to PCH is a very violent young man, he was mean to his mother and sister. His Daddy now has him and obviously he(the Dad) is not any better for this kid. I believe both young men need a dose of tough love, they need to be sent to Sam Perdue center or another one of the centers. Parents stop making excuses for your children. Get them the help they need, what will it be when they are adults. Stop blaming our teachers and schools, maybe you need to evaluate your parenting skills. I mean the teacher that do step in and try to help get in trouble with the parents. I am sick of hearing "Not my kid" yes your kid is mean and yes your kid done wrong! My God people open your eyes!

Respect begins at HOME. The parents fail to learn the brats to not have any respect and fail to teach them right from wrong and then want to raise hell when the little Bully B@$turds goes to school and tries to take over the other students and the teachers. This is where the parents need their azzes locked up in jail, and send their mean azz hoodlum children to a reform school to learn to be a respectable child. Or,put all the lil Bullies together, and let them fight among theirselfs.

I agree with most of what you are saying. But why the language? I feel sorry for the kids, they don't know any other way to be in society. I agree they need to go to reform school or such. I believe the parents need to grow up also. I know the child we are refering to had been running his mouth about how he beat up and was going to beat him up again the other child, when the boy should have just kept him mouth shut. This child is a real talker, always starting trouble at home. at childcare,on organized sports teams and school, look at the history of each boy involved. The boy I am talking about is the one sent to PCH. He really needs help, and his parents need help also learning how to deal with him. They need to learn to discipline him and how to love him and spend time with him as well. it is just a very very sad situation.

Reform schools are not the answer, they just help the child cope with adult jail time when they are adults. Its like when someone is sent to prison, they'll learn how to be a better criminal. The parents are the only chance a child will have, and taking them away, and putting the state over their children, well the state of WV can't even solve their own problems, what makes you think they can be a parent?

Mountaineer Freedom you are so misinformed. The child they are referring yo LIVED IN AN ABUSIVE HOME FOR YEARS WITH AN ABUSIVE PARENT. The mother chose to stay with the man. The oldest was removed, but the young boy had to stay. The oldest child lived with another family, and hopefully has a chance at life. The younger brother had to stay. Look at him now. My heart breaks for him, although he is a bully. CPS couldn't save this one!
