I would like to make a suggestion to this company to further help the people that they so generously and unselfishly help with their patient assistance program. From now on and if it would not be too much trouble could they (please) put the person's name on the delivery invoice for whom the medication is intended so that the doctor's office will know for sure that it is not samples and such or intended to be given freely to their friend's and family or for them selves. I mean it is the (registered)patient that went through the rigor of registering with said company and it should always be that patient that gets the medication and NOT someone that did not register to get such. It is very difficult for people like my self to come up with the money to buy a vile of insulin at the drug store when They are possibly late getting their medications because of someone's incompetence at a doctor's office. Once again I thank Novo Nordisk so very much for their very kind and helpful generosity.

Let me see what I can do to pass this message onto the right person. At Novo Nordisk, we care about our patient!

Thank you so much for your reply, if I may also suggest to Novo Nordisk that maybe they should follow up with their patients that they so generously and unselfishly help through their program to make certain that they did get their medicine without incident. I had to borrow the money from someone to buy a vial of novolog this time because of either someone's incompetence or possible thievery. Once again thank you so very much for your very kind attention to this matter.
