What a shame, a policy without a human face. He is the citizen we need and value. Shame on the judge.

He is illegal and has been in defiance of a legal federal court order since 1997, 13 years! He is NOT cooperating. This "is the citizen we need and value"? You have to be kidding!

His son is 18, of age, let him support the family or let Gonzales-Solares send remittances to the US from Guatemala. The mail does go both ways.

Send this lawbreaker home and don't forget to stipulate that he cannot reenter the US for at least the 13 years he has been in defiance of the court order.

This is absurd.

He's illegal and that's all you should have to know.

Everyone can come up with a reason the law should not apply to them.
