Lie detector tests don't tell the whole truth thats why dung for brains they are not used in a court of law. Also in the original artical your side kick Gonzalas said that you were on your way to pick up your meds, for depression and other mental disorders it's obvious that you still didn't make it to the pharmacy.

You should know that Lynch was on his way to get his heart meds! Fossa conviently left out the fact that Lynch has a mechanical heart valve, Lung conditions and serious arthritus and gout!
Already, they are refusing lie detector tests!! Why??
Lynch stated he will pay for all the test and that he will not utilize them to bring charges against them.
Lynch will pass his test with flying colors! This case is 100% fabricated!!The truth will be told by the eye in the sky! My money is on Lynch! What they did to him is WRONG!!

After reading through all of the posts on this link and the other links about this story, I am left with this impression:

Lynch and his pal are on the sidewalk in front of the Firestation; they are not on JR's Bar side of the road. The Fuzz and their pals realize that Lynch is in front of their favorite watering hole and hangout(JR's Bar) and someone lets Chuckie Boy know that Lynch is in the area. An off duty Fireman approaches Lynch; and words are exchanged. The two men get closer and closer to each other; as the action gets hotter. Chests are bumped; and then Chuckie Boy jumps into the frey. The fact that Lynch has broken no law whatsoever does not stop the misguided lawman. He is in a rage; and he viciously attackes Lynch; again; all without just cause.

To add to the insanity; it sounds like Lynch did the right thing and he called 911 right before all hell broke loose. And, it sounds like the police dispatcher simply called one of his cop buddies; who was already at JR's.

What a fiasco. Were there on duty cops along with off duty cops; hanging around and boozing it up at JR's; on the Taxpayers dime? If so; why?

Yes sir ree; this does not sound good at all. It sounds to me like Lynch is completely in the clear; but Siomos is way out of legal bounds. The fact that the judge gave Lynch a paltry $1000.00 bail tells me that no one really figured that Lynch was actually out of line here. The cop's cobbled up version of the events sounds like a real stretch to me; and the judge saw right through it.

Again, I want to thank Mr Lynch for trying to correct a long standing wrong. It's a shame that he had to get viciously attacked over it; but it sure as hell doesn't surprise me.....

Once again; I will say that the judge in this case obviously did not feel that Lynch was posing any great threat to anyone.

The allegations from Siomos that he felt that he and his family were being stalked by Lynch, and that he felt threatened by Lynch, could have resulted in a high bail if they were taken seriously. Especially with Lynch's prior. But, the judge seemingly saw straight through Siomo's bullsh#t. Otherwise; Lynch's bail could have, would have, been more like $250,000. The fact that it was only $1000.00 shows me that it was done as a "token bail" given the charges; but not as a serious attempt to keep Lynch off the streets.

The judge obviously saw straight through the bullsh#t; and so do I. Lynch was the victim here; Siomos was the one at fault.

This story gets more hysterical as time goes on.

Lynch is INNOCENT,

You're not fooling anyone Kevin! Noone knows that much about another person's health concerns. You have shown your hand Mr. Lynch.

Do you really think you have ANY chance whatsoever in sitting in the mayor's seat? You really are delusional if you think so...you don't have a prayer in hell in successfully running for mayor of Fitchburg or any other city.

I'm certain you won't take the advice, but you really should reconsider spending your money and other people's money, if you have actually convinced anyone to contribute to your ridiculous campaign. It will just be a waste of time and money for you to run, and it will just bring you a lot of grief.

You are already the laughing stock on this forum...do you really want to become the laughing stock of the whole city?

Go read my post again, Dimwit. The Judge gave Lynch a token bail; just to appease the Fuzz. The Fuzz damn near through the book at Lynch (4 seperate charges, wasn't it). So, just to avoid bruising the Fuzz's fragile egos; the Judge gave Lynch the $1000.00 bail.

You and I both know damn well that if the Judge really belived any of Chuckles Siomos' BS about Lynch and how he was in fear of Lynch hurting either him or his family; the Judge would have given Lynch a bail high enough to keep him in jail. But, none of that happened.

Gee Wizz; after Lynch beats these trumped up charges; I wonder what his next move will be? If Chuckles' story winds up being 100% crapola; which I don't doubt for a moment; should HE be charged with assualt, along with filing a false police report?

It sounds like a very minor altercation happened between Lynch and an off duty Fire Fighter. And, it sounds like Chuckles popped his cork and attacked Lynch without legal cause.....

Chuckles has had his fingers in a poopie pie or two over the years; but this time his fingers are in deep!

Oh, the shame of it all......Oh, the shame of it all.......

$250,000 bail? Are you okay? Murderers only get $100,000 bail.$1000 is a high bail for the charges. Most people get $100 -$250 bail for the same charge.

No one could put it in more simple terms.. Common sense is clearly lacking in Lynch's made up world. The guy did time for a vicious murder and won't even acknowledge it while trying to defend himself and his involvement in third person rants on these threads. Just like the murder he was involved in, he still tries placing blame on the actual victims of his own actions. It's pretty obvious that his whole family must have had to relocate to Fitchburg from South Boston because he also alienated and victimized them with his abrasive behavior. And now he's at it again. He appears like the type of individual that could clear a room upon his arrival.

Well Lynch may have messed everything up for other establishments. Parking tickets are now on the rise for illegal parking at many diners and bars because of this. I hope Lynch doesn't show his face in the city again because I am sure they will be some angry owners wanting to talk to him. Their business depends on illegal parking that are based on outdated laws.

You are real close to the facts of what happened. The one thing that didn't happen was the off duty FFD member got involved after Lynch got brutalized! The attacker recieves the call from dispatch on his cell phone and just came out and ran across the street and attacked Lynch!
The DA first asked for no bail then $25,000 cash. The judge ruled $1,000. I sat in the court room and listened to all the facts! MY MONEY IS ON lynch. The story against him is 100% fabricated! 100% as it is a TOTAL frame job!
The friend of Lynch, David Gonzalez will be in jail past Easter. This man did NOTHING at all!! The attacker stole his 16 GB phone because he thought Gonzalez was recording the events! When Gonzalez told the LT. on sight that he stole the phone the attacker stated "oh yea he assaulted me too! The extra fee to back up all the data on the I-phones may just pay off!
David Gonzalez would of been placing flowers on his moms' grave site this Easter but instead he is ILLEGALLY jailed! As you sit down with your familys' for Easter remember to ask GOD for his forgiveness for your aweful DEEDS!
The truth will come out! No matter how many connections that these people have to continue their complete harrassment of two INNOCENT individuals, these two will still hold their heads high knowing the truth as they didn't do ONE thing illegal! What happened to these two is nothing short of complete corruption!
Lynch just let me read one of his emails that he sent to Mayor Wong. After reading it, it is quite evident that Lynch had a lot to do with Chief Demouras raise as he was going for the Somerville job. Lynch suggested to the Mayor to do actually what she ended up doing concerning this matter. Lynch felt that Chief Demoura was a good step towards change for the better for Fitchburg.
So for any officer reading, Lynch does not hate police at all; he just campaigned for Fitchburg to have the best, law abiding and professional officers! One good thing that came out of this is the case exposed "the good ole boy network" as a group!
Time for the lie detector test to be given! Whos' accepting to take one?? Lynch is first in line, geez I wonder why he doesn't have a consiousness of guilt?

The DA asked for no bail, then $25,000 cash.$1,000 is high as the powers that be had influence within the court. So much so that the Fitchburg Judge excused himself from the case which raises questions as to why? Lynchs' attorney pulled herself off the case after she conferred with Lynch in reference to all the facts!

Lynch is 100% INNOCENT! You know it! As his friend sits in jail on Easter as a 100% innocent man instead of being able to place flowers on his mothers' grave as the ones who fabricated 100% of the story sit around with their families. Just notice them though as they pass on saying the dinner prayer and as they avoid looking into mirrors that day!!
