I will be sponsoring the First Annual Ugliest Bird Dog Pageant. You and your daughter are encouraged/invited to participate in our mother daughter event.

In the interest of equal opportunity if your son is a transvestite, he/she/it is also welcome.

That is your opinion... All kids are beautiful... I agree with that! As far as being judged, it is more about confidence, personality and poise, And it's not all about winning... My child enjoys them... The dressing up, doing make up, and meeting new friends!!!!!! It does not matter if she wins or not! I will continue doing them until she wants to stop. It is a competitive sport such as cheerleading and football!!! But it cost alot more! Anyways, if anyone knows of any upcoming pageants please let us know!
guess what

I believe they help build character... We enjoy them, it is family time for us as well... We do natural pageants only bc I don't believe in all the fake hair, teeth or the ton of makeup... But thank you for the information... I'll keep her winnings posted!!!

The only thing more disgusting than pageant mom's is little league dads. Both try to relive their failures in youth through their children.

Get the kid busy learning musical instruments or a foreign language.

I still have openings in my ugly bird dog contest. Funny thing, the dogs don't care where they place in the contest.

I refuse to argue with someone as useless as yourself. As I stated earlier, everyone has their own opinions. Some maybe more intellectual then others, but hey an opinion is an opinion! You have a nice day! I'll pray for you!

Pageant mom,

You can call me an idiot but that doesn't change that pageants do a disservice to young children.

I may have been less than nice in my postings on this matter but they were made "tongue in cheek".

please check out the following link.

I'm pretty sure we ALL know that you think your daughter is the most BEAUTIFUL person on the planet, besides yourself so stop plastering it all over the place, we get the point

I am not sure the importance of knowing who I am but my name is Kim! I have a 8 year old daighter! I don't know neither of the above listed women, but if Tammy wants to boast about her Childs success she should be able to without people bashing her. It is a sport just like basketball and football but it is not recognized as well!

A sport! You gotta be $hitting me. By your definition of a sport so is being a clown. They put on lots of makeup and wear funny clothes. Of course the purpose of a clown is to make people laugh. How do the little beauty queens react to all the laughter.

Hey, Claude Balls, you didn't read the other posts Kim aka Pageant Mom has written. She doesn't go for all that makeup and stuff. And, kids in pageants don't wear funny clothes at all-the clothes are real cute. It gives contestants a sense of pride just like sports do with kids to compete in them. Pageants are very rewarding and good for kids--it helps with social skills and a lot of stuff. You don't know what you are talking about.

Thank you... I refuse to argue with people over this. It is for some people and for others it's not! We enjoy them as a family!
