ConAgra is into agricultural commodities. They are buying out from the supply chain forward. Now they can take more of their own grain from the field to the store shelves and cut out the middle manufacturer. The most important thing to bear in mind is that it is cheaper to ship the ingredients to Princeton than to ship crackers from Mexico. This should be a good thing.
