Aside from the rich making more money on beer sales what has the yes vote done for you?

NOTHING
Hope the voters of Lyon Co don't get fooled by the promise of progress.

We have gained the ability to buy beer in Princeton. That is good enough. Now go to hell.

Princeton will always be small town USA. Why do people think that we have the ability to have big chain restaurants and stores. It's never going to happen. I think it's great that we can now buy alcohol, but you people with your dreams that Princeton is going to "grow" come on!

Some of the local stores are just getting alcohol. It takes longer than a month to see progress. Your really just wanting to complain about losing the vote months ago. Selling alcohol doesn't keep you from.being religious, it doesn't interfere with church at all. So quit Bitc*ing

We've gained the right not to be treated like wayward children by the Righ rev. Reeder and his flock. I dont care what grows. I'm an adult and I have the right to buy beer. And yes OP go to hell, you're not welcome here in heaven. I dont like hypocrits

Why do people think that you ask?
Because that is exactly what Progress for Princeton and mayor Cherry sold us before the vote.

The wet vote has solved one problem in Princeton.

Hypocritical attitudes by the citizens and leaders.

Growing up here, I couldn't understand why some

towns could sell alcohol legally and Princeton

residents had to go to local bootleggers.

Everyone knew what was going on and chose to ignore

the illegal activities.

I have traveled to many countries in my life.

Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Princeton are among the few

where you could not legally buy a beer.

I doubt that Princeton has fewer drunks than

the wet towns.

I have been forced to leave the road twice in

Caldwell county to avoid collision with a drunk

driver. Both times on hiway 672 but different

drunks.

I am a non drinker and the town being wet or dry

does not affect me.

The anti-wet people really should get a life and

be glad that their fellow citizens have acquired

the right to purchase a beer without committing a

crime.

will benefit from the sales of alcohol. i hear that several are trying to get licenses and or property to build to sell alcohol. YOU BIG DUMMIES YOU COULD HAVE DRIVEN OVER TO CADIZ AND LOOK AT ALL THE FAMOUS CHAINS THAT SELL ALCOHOL WITH A MEAL. NOT NONE LOCATED THERE NOR WILL ANY LOCATE IN PRINCETON, A SMALL TOWN DOES NOT ATTRACT BIG CHAIN NICE RESTAURANTS. WAKE UP PEOPLE YOU WERE FOOLED JUST LIKE THE FOLKS IN TRIGG COUNTY.

That would be circumstantial evidence, doesn't prove they were drinking that day. If you knew they were habitual drunk drivers why didn't you report them to potentially save lives?

Yes it was a very loving and 'lust for money' relationship!
