This is most rude thing ive read! Rich witches on FB asking for donations to buy "warm up suits" for the football team. Last I checked Walmart still sells jog sets.
Lets get real Princeton. Its a freaking ball team. We have kids starving and some wont even have a Christmas gift. Donate your $ to these kids! Screw the football team.
Had you rather feed a hungry child or put a jock in a "warm up suit?"

Giving them 'donations' doesnt mean a 100 dollars. Donate 2 or 3 dollars to help them. There are pleanty of people in this town who could help. And then go and donate 2 or 3 dollars to starving kids and kids without christmas. People are so selfish. This town has nothing going for it, so if we could actually pull together and give the football team enough encouragement and love to go out and win the state championship, then so be it. Get off your high horse, Caldwell's football team hasnt went to state since like 1998. You should be happy for them and not bi*ching and complaining because someone wants to do something nice.

Do what you want with your own money, but don't judge those who do differently. My guess is that those who have the money to give for warm up suits are the same people that provide Christmas gifts for the children in our community that have none.

I think it is sad that they would even ask for $. Let their parents pay them. They agreed to let them play football so step up and pay for the freakn suit.
Kids are starving in our county!!! Open your eyes, its out there. What if it was your kid hungry? Would you be concerned if the team had suits?

It is November, looks like to me they would already have them if they were TRULY NEEDED.

They aren't "needed". You get to the stadium, put on your football gear and warm up then play. The warm up suits I guess are for riding on the bus or something. Seems like a waste of money to me.

How do you justify, in your own mind, finding fault with other people and what they aren't doing for the poor when you obviously aren't doing anything either?

It's very simple, why complicate things. If you don't want to donate , don't. I doubt you'll be feeding hungry children either way.

I will feed anyone hungry and as previously stated I donate toys and clothes each yr. I am proud to do so. But give to a football team - I THINK NOT!!
