In general I think we underestimate the globe's appetite for debt consumption. The economy has certainly slown and will continue to slow for the months ahead, but we must see things for what they are in the big picture which is perpetual growth.

The economy operates in cycles, it must, sustained growth at aggressive rates does not benefit the whole. This will be a time for recentering, but from this time innovation will thrive. Services and technologies to reduce waste, energy costs, and maximize efficiencies for individuals and organizations are byproducts of bubles and difficult times.

The job market is wide open for skilled labor, thought leaders, mid and high level management, service providers, or those willing to devote time and energy to redeveloping their employment value proposition. 60% of our workforce is capable of retiring, although few are likely to do so over the next ten years. The workforce that grew 54% over the last two decades will only grow 3% over the next 2 decades. This provides unprecedented opportunities in the careers of the Gen X and Gen Y that were not available to the Baby Boomers. This alone suggests strong economic times ahead. The weaker the economy, the stronger the yield by way of aspiration and perspiration - a restless America is a powerful, powerful thing. I'm excited for the future!!

Bush was optimistic? "The fundamentals of our economy are sound." Next month, everything financials collapse.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Virgo

Be careful you don't wind up doing someone else's work today, Virgo. There are all sorts of little tricks to persuade you to take pity on them, from pretending to be ill to making such a hash of everything that you can't bear to watch for a moment longer. Then you are likely to be asked to put in some overtime, at the expense of your social life. Grr.
