I think as long as they (the people riding the ATV's) are respecting everyone's yard and items in yards then it would be ok. The problem I see is that its not everyone on an ATV that is causing trouble and making it so you can't... But there are those select few that seem to think its ok to speed through town, cut across yards and fields with no respect for personal property. There were farmers fields that were tore up several times by (mostly kids on ATV's) inconsiderate people. There were also yards being tore up and people becoming angry at those speeding through there yard. Sometimes with a beer in one hand and a cooler on the back. If they would stay on the side of the road and travel at a safe speed through town (leaving the cooler of beer AT HOME of course) then it would probly be fine and no one would care. Just be considerate of other people.
