Did anyone expect a different outcome. Does anyone think someone on the police force would so against one of their own. And look at the Commonwealth attorney and his behavior towards women. It is a free for all in Hopewell.

Well, no wonder Hopewell is in the shape it is in, judging by the three comments of Larry Moe and Curly. Number one, there was a special prosecutor appointed to prosecute this case. Number two, according to the paper, the judge stated he didn't believe a word the defendant said and then proceeded to dismiss the case any way. How is that the prosecution's fault?

Because that's what the article (& judge) said: Hopewell Circuit Court Judge W. Allan Sharrett found that prosecutors didn't prove their case against 42-year-old Bobby CoPenny Jr. beyond a reasonable doubt.

Thanks tho for crawling out from underneath one of the desks down at the CA's office to give a shout out.

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. The police protect their own and the CA is a womanizer himself. If that were your child you'd have a different tune. Makes me want to keep my children in the public school system!
