I am a veteran of 24 years (Army) and I can agree to a tax exemption for disabled vets. They probably can pay the tax but that is not the point. The vote is to exempt them. I see this as a way to honor their service. If you have no honor in you then don't vote for it.

I would vote yes for the tax exemption, if the veteran was on 100% disability from medical conditions while on active duty. We should cut the fully disabled vets a break, they served so others don't have to.
