This article and the past article both seem to have alot of rumors that try to replace the facts. If all the rumors were true don't you think the case would still be open. It seems very one sided by one of the families involved. Just to clear one comment up, Randy was in the trailer because he was Valerie's boyfriend. I also agree with one of the previous comments; there are things that go on behind closed doors that the outside world never sees. I believe that both Randy and Valerie were very nice, loving, and caring people. It just proves that drugs and alcohol can make people do terrible things.
Oh yes I agree that drugs and alcohol make people do terrible things, its the only real weapon that satan has, it destroys really great people. But I have a question for you. Do you know that particular trailor park? Most of the people who live there are there because birds of a feather flock together. Randy was there to get Valerie out. They had plans, a future. That place has the worst reputation. Drugs are a daily thing there. Hopewell police know this. Fights and abuse are a daily thing there. Hopewell police know this. People are jumped, robbed constantly and nothing is done. Why cause like I said birds of a feather flock together. I had a friend who taught me to keep my eyes and ears open, check out my surroundings and personally I think that trailor park should be shut down. Because when you get to many people together in the same place that theyre only goals are is to hit a crack pipe, or role a joint, or get drunk something bad will happen and look it did. I dont believe Randy did this and Hopewell finally needs to do right by someone in that town and prove it. What makes me think he didnt? Well if you know anyone who knows the lord, you know that person cares about about saving souls, not killing them. Drugs only care about tearing souls down. If you know any of those people who live there then you will ask yourself what are they like behind closed doors, while you watch them hit that crack pipe.

Vincent Grise of 2610 Grant St in Hopewell, was with Toni Daniels of 217 S 14th Ave, Hopewell, at the trailer for an hour after discovering the bodies.
That's a fact. What their reason was for having spent an hour with two dead bodies for is unknown. Them being there however, is fact.
i heard toni was seen with randy's wallet. just thought you might want to know.

It is my understanding that family members recently met with the commonwealth attorney. Does anyone know what came from that meeting?

Wow, this whole thing saddens me. I am Valerie's niece who lives in Pa, where she was born and raised. I did not know this Randy guy. However hearing from others, he was kinda creepy. It is ashame that this hasn't been solved or even looked at. You people are horrible. Yes my aunt may have had her drug problems and that eventually, I BELIEVE MAY HAVE LEAD TO HER DEATH. However, she is still human, and has had an untimely death, at some moron's hands. How can you look at yourselves and even justify talking badly about this. I heard speculations bout towels, this and that. I just want this over, so she may rest in peace. I don't know Randy and his death is also a sorrow. But if he murdered my aunt, then off with his head. Don't put innocent people like My Cousin Shannon in the middle of this. She is trying to live a good normal life, which her mother never really gave her. I love you Rosie and Shannon, stay strong, and nevermind the pieces of trash that run their mouths. God bless. R.I.P. just want u to know randy was my brother and i don't appreciate the comments u made about him as u said u did not know him he was a very sweet person and he did not deserve this. valerie loved shannon very much and she was very proud of her as that is the last conversation we had. but please refrain from talking about someone u don't even know.

Maybe if we can get Richard Newman elected Commonwealth's Attorney then we might actually get a real investigation of this case. It is clear Tony doesn't want to do anything except cover this stuff up.

I didn't say anyone deserved anything. I said hearing from my family members he was creepy. Big deal. I also said , that if he did this than off with his head. Please don't speak on my aunt's behalf. You don't really even know her. I also said that his death was a sorrow. So stop trying to be so darn sensitive. The ultimate fact in both of their deaths, is DRUGS. Sad but true. Drugs is what caused this whole thing. Yes I don't know your brother, but my family seen him all drugged up and made comments that he looked creepy. BIG DEAl, I'm sure they both appeared to be creepy when they were high. Saying you Love somebody, and then actually being there for them, are two different things. If you take a life, then your life should be taken. Maybe you should work on finding the truth a little more, instead of telling everybody what it is you think you know. R.i.p aunt Pumpkin, and R.i.p Roger, one of the real men in her life. Like you said, "Please don't talk about somebody you don't even know."

Your family also stated that my family, believed that he didn't do it, again you are making your own judgements. Your family also stated that the ashtray was clean. Yes, what happened to the silver tray that my aunt had her weed on? Somebody knew what they were doing! I know that if it were my brother, I wouldn't sleep until I found justice. Everybody is talking about how Randy was there to get Valerie out of that trailer park, like he was some kind of hero, yet we was using drugs just as much. Funny you talk all this LORD crap. I believe in god, but let's not portray this dude, as he was some kind of hero, that swooped in to save my aunt. The fact is, that my aunt died, just as much as Randy. So let's not play, she's the VILLain, and he's her hero. They both used drugs together. Anyways, if ya wanna point fingers, please be sure, that you will have them pointed back. If your brother was a hero, he would have actually left the trailer park and stopped using drugs.

Dear Aunt pumpkin, Just wanted to let you know, that you are missed very deeply. You have a beautiful grand-daughter. We all hope that one day, your murder will be put to rest. It sucks, that there are a bucnh of cowards out and about, not willing to admit, what horrible people they are. It's funny how RILED, people WERE, at the time of the murders, yet I haven't seen one update yet. You will always be REMEMBERED, as the hard working person that you were, minus the drugs, I know you were a good person. WE MISS AND LOVE YOU. We were just all together for once in years, as a family, and your presence, and your smile were deeply missed. xoxo "WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND"

i'm glad this case is still being read as randy worked for people all over the tri- cities area. everyone knew him as a loving nice person who read his bible and always tried to help people in need. he would never ever do any thing like this. he was at that trailer because the girl had cancer and had just been told it had come back and he was trying to help her get ready for another round of chemo. hope they find the real truth soon.
he should have just beat her to death with the bible

What would it matter if the case is solved? Hopewell has a Commonwealth Attorney that doesn't prosecute!
I've watched the court records over the past few years and he is constantly letting people go. Take a look at Rontell Taylor's criminal history. Violent crimes that went un-prosecuted leading all the way up until he murdered someone. I bet he gets away with that too!
I SECOND THIs!! The law of our Country needs to be upheld by all for all. Equal. Safety for our citizens! Not safty for retirement funds.
